Nobel Prize Winner Says COVID-19 Is Man-Made

Luc Montagnier, a French virologist and co-recipient of the 2008 Nobel prize in medicine has publicly declared his belief that COVID-19 not only came from the level IV bio containment lab in Wuhan China but was also created there.
