Doctors Association Sues FDA Regarding COVID-19 Treatment


The Association of American physicians & surgeons has sued Health and Human Services, the FDA, and BARDA, to end the irrational interference by the FDA with timely access to hydroxychloroquine in the strategic national stockpile and against the FDA's emergency use authorization (EUA) which prohibits the use of donated HCQ  except for already hospitalized patients in which clinical trials are unavailable.
